Open-Cell Foam Insulation

Open cell insulation is a lightweight, soundproofing spray foam that creates an air barrier. It has a lower R-value per inch and is vapor-permeable, making it cost-effective for interior walls, ceilings, and attics.

Closed-Cell Foam Insulation

Closed cell insulation is a dense, rigid spray foam that provides high insulation (R-value) per inch and acts as an air and moisture barrier. It's ideal for exterior walls, roofs, and areas needing maximum insulation and moisture control.

Blow-in Insulation

Blow-in insulation is a loose-fill insulation made of fiberglass, cellulose, or mineral wool fibers. It's effective for filling hard-to-reach areas, offering some thermal performance and soundproofing, and is commonly used in attics and wall cavities.

Batting Insulation

Batting insulation is a flexible, pre-cut material, typically made from fiberglass or mineral wool. It’s easy to install in open wall studs and ceiling joists, providing some thermal and sound insulation. Commonly used in walls, floors, and attics.

Vacuuming Insulation

Vacuuming out insulation involves removing old or damaged insulation, typically from attics or walls, using a specialized vacuum system. This process is used to prepare for new insulation installation, improve air quality, or address mold, pests, or contamination in existing insulation.

Crawlspace Encapsulating

Encapsulating a crawlspace involves sealing it with a heavy-duty vapor barrier on the floor and walls, often combined with insulation and dehumidification. This process helps control moisture, reduce mold growth, improve energy efficiency, and enhance indoor air quality.
